Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@seihae.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and tags.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please provide the RA number on the package.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) returned.

Our main focus is comfort, If you have size issues you can exchange the product.
